V2 VCM64 16 not detected?

There is VCM64 V2 card WITH IPO 7.0
The card detected is VCM16 and the leds are red.
How can i upgrade service pack?
can someone help me?

The VCM64V2 is not supported on 7.0.
It is supported from 8.0.46 and 8.1

I read in a tech bulletin (145)
It will be supported in earlier release with service pack updates
