Dear expert,

I get the error message when I use Chrome to open the system status for ipo 500
"SSA Viewer
Problem: Your Browser doesn't support JAVA applets or blocks them!
Please download and install a JAVA Runtime Version 1.4.2 or higher and/or allow execution of JAVA applets."

But I had Java Runtime 1.8.0_291 in my pc.

Any suggestion to reslove this problem?

Only IE will allow Java to run inside. Other browsers have removed it a while ago.

There are a number of things in Web Manager that also rely on this and don't work becuase browsers won't allow it any more.

Been like this years, and not going to go back.

Most web developers have been moving to HTML 5 for a long time now to get away from Java reliance.

Sadly I have a few Windows 10 machines that Internet Explorer will no longer run on. If you try to run IE it just opens Edge which is based on Chrome so if it doesn't work in Chrome it likely wont work in Edge. In this case short sited by both Avaya and Microsoft.

The truth is just an excuse for lack of imagination.

Hi Aldridge85,

I tried to use the IE and it could open the System status.
But when I used the TCP port 50804 and it waited for long long time.
I changed another TCP port and the result was the same, it did not work.

So just install system status locally?

Stuck in a never ending cycle of file copying.
