Users not receiving email from Voicemail Pro on UCM card on Avaya IPO 500 V2 2

PBX (PBX IP500 v2 Current Firmware 11.1.2.2.0 build 20) with Voicemail Pro on UCM (UC Module v2 Current Firmware 11.1.1.1.0 build 20).

We have set up "Voicemail to Email" feature on PBX (Avaya IP Office 500V2)

The email address created for use by the Voicemail Pro was confirmed to be work using Outlook. The Voicemail Pro Software failed to send email to user's email when a voicemail is left by a caller.

Not really enough information to go on.
Check the Logging box on the SMTP setup screen, reboot the UCM, try sending again then go have a look at the logs.
Once you get it fixed make sure to turn logging off otherwise it will fill the hard drive with logs.
