You can use a template in Web Manager as well. Go to a user that's already created and at the bottom you'll see Save as Template. Save this as the template format.
Now go to Call Management / Users ... Top Right of screen you see "Actions". Click that and then choose "Create from Template" (Choose your location is applicable)
This takes you to a screen in which you choose the number of records and the starting extension. Choose the template you created and click "Preview"
