User/Extension List - IP Office 406

Is there any way to get a list of extensions/users from an IP office short of exporting a csv from the manager application ?

The other day, it's been there since day one ;-) I use it all the time for installation paperwork/patching.

What is SSA ? I tried logging into softconsole but got the 'No licenses are available' error

Oh. i tried that but can't get a response from the IP Office on the IP Address and port using the default port of 50804

Is your firewall off? What release are you on on the IP Office?

Ah that'll be it. It's on release 3.0

If it will go up to 4 you should really, some good new features, some things have changed that may require re-prgramming such as LCR to ARS though. FYI it needs to be 406v2 and a PCS8/sufficiant free memory to go up to R4 and beyond

Try this;

Go in the manager change the filewriter IP adress to the pc where the file needs to goto and where you give the tftp command. Close the manager otherwise there will be 2 tftp services running and that won't work.

for the internal list type;

Tftp -i XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX get nasystem/user_list7 user.txt

for the external list type;

Tftp -i XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX get nasystem/dir_list directory.txt
Tftp -i XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX get nasystem/user_list2 user.txt

the XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX = IP adress of IP Office
user.txt or directory.txt can be changed to csv or xls.
