Urgent Need of HELP ! - Voicemail on my Meridan Mail

I walked in this morning, and my voicemail system is not working on my Meridian Mail System !

The following information I have on it, if any other further information is needed, please ask !

Release : 23
Issue : 18+

I've tryed hitting the restart button on the mail system, plus I have shut the unit down it self on the switch, and still nothing. I have waited for over two hours for it to come back up. PLEASE HELP ! PLEASE HELP !

is it an OPT 11c, 61c or what?

Do you have a tape drive connected? If so pull the tape out and try a reboot. Let it set for 15 min. or so and see what happens.

NTK11BC is what I found on the Phone System. I have a Meridian MAX System. If that's not what your looking for. I have no idea on where else to look. Let me know where to look, and I'll look.

also are you getting csa or aml error messages on your terminal?

the reset on the max is not the problem, is your system on the wall (opt 11) on free standing?...
