Upgrading MICS 6.1 with PRI to MICS 7.0

What will happen if I just pull the 6.1 out and install the 7.0. This system is not in use yet so I don;t care about the programing I would rather RESTART it anyway. Will I loose all of the keycodes for the PRI? If I have the PRI number will I still be able to reinstall the keycode number or will the system ID change?

If you keep the hardware the same you will not lose anything by upgrading from R6.1 to R7.0. If you default the programming you will lose the PRI keycode. Don't do a STARTUP unless you have the PRI keycode available to reload.

But to answer mercuriotelecom2313 any authorized Avaya dealer (not Avaya direct) will do this via KRS system
