Upgrading a Server Ed 9.1 to R11 License question

We have 2 IP500 expansions with local PRI licenses installed. Do I have to have those rehosted in PLDS to the WebLM on the primary, or will the upgrade inplace?

Yeah, I am probably going to do that anyway, the PLDS records are apparently a complete disaster
