Upgraded MICS from 4 to 7.1 now NAM not operable

Hi, a client of mine had their MICS upgraded to 7.1, their NAM won't work. The Telco techy spent a bunch of time trying to figure it out, but eventually gave up.

Is NAM compatible with this software, or do they need to get a Call Pilot?

If the NAM should work with this, did the software upgrade cause issues that might require a NAM reset?

Upgrade the NAM to 4.1.05 via an external CD-ROM.

Do any NAM feature codes work? Feature 983, F915 (ACCESS)??
