Upgraded firmware on 3900 series sets now have problems

I have upgraded the firmware on our 3900 series sets, 3902, 3903, 3904, and 3905. Since doing this we have spuradic troubles. Phones are forwarding themselves and when you try and conference in another person you loose the first person. Thanks for any help in advance.

What software release do you have. Some firmware upgrades to not work with certain releases, prior to Succession.

I worked on a 24.x that would not take anything more than the phase 1 firmware.

I'VE GOT A COUPLE OF SWITCHES RUNNING SUCC 3 AND THE PHONES HAVE BEEN UPGRADED TO THE LATEST FIRMWARE WITHOUT ANY TROUBLE. I WOULD HAVE TO SEE THESE TROUBLES FOR MYSELF, NEVER SEEN A PHONE THAT COULD FORWARD ITSELF
