after doing an upgrade from 8.0 ur3 to the latest 9.0 software release on a 3300 mxe controller my voicemail does not work properly. When calling from 1 ext to another, instead of going to voicemail on the ext. number called when no answer or busy. it goes to the voicemail on the ext. you are calling from. nothing on our databse was changed. it worked fine on 8.0ur3

I've never heard of your issue.
What release did you upgrade to. The most current is 9.0.2.31
What method did you use to upgrade? SWI Online, SWI Offline, Other?

Did you happen to save the logfile from the failed data restore? That might provide a clue. I'd be tempted to go into the class of service form and see if anything's changed.
