upgrade to 9.1 what happens to vm pro

We are looking to upgrade our current IP500v1 to a v2 and 9.1 (we have 5420s). I know the VM Pro license is end of sale. Will they transfer the VMPro during a license swap?

Since when wa VM Pro end of sale? it was simply renamed preferred Edition.

it should swap without issue

What version are you on?

The VM Pro license will convert to Preffered Edition but you'll need an Essential Edition license.

The Voicemail Pro and the voicemail additional channels licenses are not release specific regardless of name changes and the labels used for selling them.

Stuck in a never ending cycle of file copying.
