Upgrade new firmare to VAL TN2501 failed

i got an tn2501ap h13 and i'm unable to download the firmware f18, when i start the command
"test firmware download"
i always get an error 6211.

does anybody have an idee

Where did you upload firmware on board, root or announcements folder?

also make sure you have correct firmware,, there are two, I believe, depending on what HW ver. you have...
