Upgrade license to 9.1.x? 2

Ok,

It seems a obvious question but I would like to be sure.

The web communicator needs the an IP Office with 9.1.x software version as docs says. But my IP Office is 9.0.

The questions are:

Do I need a upgrade license from 9.0 to 9.1? I'm getting an erro while trying to upgrade the IP Office :(

Does really web communicator need to be on 9.1?

yes you do need it to go to 9.1, if you have iposs then it is free from avaya.
