Updating 5410D problem

I hate to start this topic again, but I could not fine definitive answer yet. I have IP Office 406 DS 4.2(4) and a few 5400 series phones. Some 5410D phones are recognized fine, so do 5402. But some of the 5410D keep showing message "Please wait" and never get recognized. I have six of those 5410Ds that I would like to use but I got stuck with this problem. Please help!

Those phones are newer then the other working phones.
They need to downgrade.
You need a tftp server like manager to provide the file the phones need.
The 5402 do not need the file but the 5410 and 5420 do.
Put in the ipaddress of the pc running manager (6.2.4) in the field tftpserver ipaddress in the system tab.

The upgrade takes about 5 minutes per phone.
