Installing a 10 branch phone system. We are on one of the last installs and can't get the phones to update. They get stuck on the "a" screen as if they were going to boot up but don't go any further. I'm thinking bad SD card? Release 8.0.44 IP 500 V2.

try setting up a separate TFTP/HTTP server for the phones to grab BIN, locally. See if that helps.

Fixed, the phone file server type was not set to Memory Card
