Here's the scoop:

Extension 11 is ringing and showing "forwarded call: 21" anytime any call is placed to our number. It is not the main phone and should not be ringing at all when someone calls. Also, when you dial extension 11 from ANY other extension, the same message "forwarded call: 21" appears on 11's screen. Extensions 21 does not have forwarding on.
