Hi,

I'm have an s8500, CM4.0. I have my primary CDR output going to a application in accounting. This format is set for "customized".

I now need another output that goes to my recorder that requires a specific forat requested by the recording vendor. I set up the CDR2, and he says he sees junk from me now, but he cant read it and needs to see it like he provided. I currently have this option to unformatted.

Is there any info for me to know what the INT-Direct, INT-Process, Unformatted, or LSU data looks like? If it doesn't match his request, is there a way to convert this to what the recording guy wants?

Thanks,

Joe
