I have Mitel 3300 CX controller running software version 7.1. Customer reported that the controller reboots for couple of times in a month. There is no specific time or date.
I have checked all the possibilities that will cause the controller to reboot like programmed reboot schedule... etc, but without any clue.
Also there is any way to have help files or document explaining the log to find out if the reboot really occurred.
