Hi Team,
I have been trying to call out via an E1 TRUNK,but I get a ring back tone, number not found. The Telco advises that I am not sending any number from my end.I have tried to hard code the number manually on ARS but I cant seem to get it right. I also have the number configured on Incoming call route. I am running on a server edition with an IPO 500v2 Expansion.
I am running on IP Office v11.
I have configured the below ARS route.
- Code: ?
- Feature: Dial
- Telephone Number: .
- Line Group ID: 10
When to use the below telephone number and code, the call does not leave the PABX.
- Code: 9N
- Feature: Dial
- Telephone Number: 0710284680N
- Line Group ID: 10
