Unable to discover IP500 in manager

Hi! I need some help on this one - I have an IP500 connected to a SoHo 100-T network. When I first connected it, it was discovered in manager just fine. Once I loaded my settings into the 500, it is no longer discoverable in manager. If I default the 500 to factory settings with the reset button, it can be discovered just fine. However, once I load my programming into it, it is no longer discoverable. I have defaulted it several times and reloaded the database and it still is not discoverable after the first time. PLEASE HELP!!!
 
Did you upgrade it ?
By default it comes with 4.0.0 and that is nto a working version !!!

I know it's basic, but did you change the IP Address of it in your configuration?
 
Thanks for the quick replies - It has been upgraded to 5.0 and NO I did not change the IP address from the default. Should I have? (Forgive my basic question in advance... :b)
 
Does your programming change any IP routes at all? something IP related is being changed by your programming :)

DUH!!! I set the IP address and it works just fine. Thanks for the reminder. :)
