Hello,
I am working on a IPO 500 V1 6.1(12). I have a phone that will not call out to external phone numbers. I have checked to make sure there is no restrictions. The extension has the same user rights as all the other phones. All other phones are able to dial out.
I traced a test call and here is what it shows:

It shows it grabs from the PRI: Line = 1, Channel 22, Q931 Message = Disconnect, Call Ref = 6260, Direction = To Switch, Cause Code = 1.
I have deleted the user profile and reprogrammed the user back into Manager but still unable to call external calls. Internal calls can be made with no problem.
Any Suggestions? Could the expansion module port be bad?
