UMS timestamp is off with R8

Does anyone know if there was any way to fix the UMS time stamp issue in R8 or was a software upgrade required? Thanks!

Go to the latest R8. ran into this when trying to get distributed to work... though it never did work in R8 even with the time stamp thing fixed on a custom build. Dist seems OK now on 8.1
