UCM suddenly showing over 90% full and 1

It all shows 10 of the users have 254 messages each. Yet when you check messages nothing is there. Is this the beginning of the end for this module. Is module failure imminent? IP Office 8.1
 
Update UCM to the latest patch asap or it will be killed...
 
I current have an avaya service request to resolve the 90% issue, it is creating log files that need to be deleted in the mean while until it is patched, Here is the link from Avaya that explains the issue;

I ran across this error other day myself for a customer... Would or could this affect certain process the vm does say VM to e-mail or leaving messages or playing messages? I only ask because original issue I was called for was VM to e-mail just stopped. I can not find any reason for it. Customer says nothing has changed on their network or e-mail server ( Ha ha). This is only odd thing that stood out..
I have done the basic SMTP mail testing and it works with customer information but can't get it work with vm system?

Any help/ suggestions would be appreciated
