UCA Console on 3300 ICP 5.0 1

When i transfer a call via UCA Console directly to voicemail via F7 key to a valid user the user greeting does not come on instead voicemail asked to enter the password of the user. How do i set up F7 to go directly to user greeting.

On the UCA Server Configuration/Enterprise/Voice mail server: Using Embedded VM - leave field blank; Using NuPointVM - populate with NuPoint IP.

Check the FCOS used for the console user

we found that if the console user had a mailbox and their fcos did not force them to enter a pin then that transfer to vmail option didnt work properly

I am using embedded voice mail and the voicemail server information is blank in the UCA configuration. Thank you 619Tech.

Billz66 - What pin are you referring to in COS ?

In Nupoint there is a FCOS setting that disables the requirement to enter a pin when accessing a mailbox - not applicable for you if you have embedded vmail
