Trying to upgrade this module using usb procedure. Towards version v11 SP2
Booting on the USB the installation starts and at the very start with Avaya logo I get this message:
There was an error running your transaction for the following reason(s): insufficient disk space.
The UC module is working fine running version 9.1, and according to system status the disk space is just 38% utilized.

Any ideas?

i'd take a backup and just reinstall it as opposed to upgrade. it's almost the same amount of time and far less than troubleshooting it. plus... clean install

Upgrade from what? With which ISO file?

Stuck in a never ending cycle of file copying.

i meant take a good backup, reset it to default and simply install the software from scratch with a keyboard/monitor connected to it.

I have created a usb using avaya usb bootable creator as "upgrade" c110-11.0.4200.58
Now I see the message indicates also "you need more space on the following file systems: 0 M on var/log"
I am trying to see what is in there! Otherwise I will just fresh install

huh ok!
So the upgrade is useless?

just my opinion... but the amount of time spent trying to troubleshoot it isn't worth it. reloading it takes almost the same amount of time. plus... it's a clean install

You right..that's what I will try now!
Thanks guys.

Correct, need to go to 10.1 first using a USB and then you can go to 11.0 by any of the supported methods.

Stuck in a never ending cycle of file copying.
