UC-360 With HDMI loses Links after recent Upgrade 1

I have a customer that used the Join.Me link for hosting or joining conferences.

After a recent upgrade, the link no longer exists and we now have to use the browser function to access Join.me

I'm hesitant to call Mitel on this as their device support is not as good as the platform support.

Does anyone know of a way to add a link for something like Join.Me or are we stuck with the browser?

What version were you using ( UC360) and what version are you now

Ill check ours out when you provide the versions

Sorry Billz66, the unit is on site and Im not. Never thought to check the prior version. Upgrade was via Http so whatever Mitel would have delivered last week.

Customer reported issue yesterday.

Im fishing, i dont expect a solution

Just read the release notes for 2.1SP7 ( 2.1.7.1)
"The JoinMe application has been removed and is no longer supported. "

i can only assume that means that if thats the version you have then join me has gone and isnt coming back

From memory the last version before that still had it
