Two Way Call Coverage

Hello everybody,

how can I administer following situation:

1. incoming call 1010
2. call coverage to 1004
3. call coverage from st 1004 to st 1001 then AUDIX
?

At the moment I'm stuck with step 2. Station 1004 rings and rings but the coverage path from st 1004 isn't used.

If I call st 1004 directly the coverage paths works fine.

Station 1010 is not used, the user has now st 1004.

can anybody help me with this problem?

If you call station 1010 it will stay looking at the coverage path of station 1010.
It will not look at the coverage of station 1004.
If this should be the way for ever, than change the coverage path for station 1010.

Find the Coverage Path used by station 1010. The first point of coverage should be 1004. Change the Coverage Path and make 1001 the second point of coverage and your voice mail hunt group the third point.
