Hi i have two icp 3300 in two different network How to join the two icp ?
ICP1 : ip : 192.168.10.1
ICP2 : ip : 192.168.12.1
icp1 doesnt ping icp 2 its normal ? or i have config a parameters ?

Its sufficient two add the icp2 in the network element in ICP1 ?

thx for your answer

To do what you want you can either
Use a router to route between networks or
apply a suitable subnet mask
If you are using a 255.255.255.0 you can only have 254 hosts and 1 network (subnet)
If you use a 255.255.248.0 you will have around 2046 hosts and 8 subnets
You will have available 192.168.8.0 to 192.168.15.255

This means that your IP addresses will be in the same subnet and thus should be able to contact each other

are the contollers on the same site? If not I don't think the subnet mask solution will get you very far.

Do the systems have the Networking option enabled. This would be a show stopper if not.

ICP1 not pinging ICP2 is not normal. This must be possible to proceed.

When you say join - what type of functionality are you looking for?

Networking - Simple dialing between systems
Clustering - 2 systems functioning as one
SDS Sync - Changes made on one system simultaneously made on another.

Combo - any combination of the above

Hi thx for this answer @kwbmitel its for Networking - Simple dialing between systems

It is so that the customers on the icp 1 can dial the numbers abbreviated of l icp 2

Do both systems have the Networking Option enabled?

Do both systems reside on the same site?

In my icp1 network option is at yes and my second icp is at no.

what is the consequence for this option is at yes in my icp2 ?

Cost I am afraid
It is quite an expensive licence option.
Personally it is worth the cost for the benefits it brings
Resiliency and private networking being the best.

You cannot "Join" the systems without the networking option enabled on both systems.

There are ways to get the systems to talk to each other over SIP trunking but that would also require licensing

Excuse me for my answer but my icp2 i have option at yes for ip networking in trunk/networking but is at No in configuration option -> Networking option .

Its possible with parameters in my icp2 ?

Excuse me for my bad english :)

the config network its ok the icp1 ping icp2

but its ok if i add the icp2 in network element in the icp1 ?

have got over parameters ?

for it is so that the customers on the icp 1 can dial the numbers abbreviated of l icp 2(Networking - Simple dialing between systems)

Networking option is required if you intend to cluster the systems.
IP networking is IP trunking which means you can make calls over IP in a private network.
It is really a type of T1/DPNSS over IP

Do you have IP networking on the icp2 controller?

How are you currently routing calls between controllers?

its must doing cluster for the customers on the icp 1 can dial the numbers abbreviated of l icp 2 ?
i have licence ip networking on the icp2 but in the configuration its no activated.
no routing calls between controllers now.

This is a fairly difficult job for the novice.
Clustering and IP trumking takes a certain amount of knowledge and experience.
If you are stuck now at this stage with not knowing what options you should have on I would proceed no further and seek advice from your VAR to get this programmed.
