Hello,
Two sites connected via SCN trunk and basic connectivity is good each way. PRI has been located in building A for years and customers new PRI termination point is in building B. I pulled the PRI card from A, inserted in B along with additional licensing and calls come in/out good. Person in building A uses Twinning to his cell phone. Now that PRI is located in building B, the audio portion of Twinning is not working. Cell rings, but no sound. My initial thought was a carrier issue related to the provider change, but I have since found out that the same issues were happening to users at building B when the PRI was terminated in building A. Any thoughts?

Thanks in advance,

Jim

Do you have a trunk group with line id 0 at both site's?

I did but since seeing your post, I eliminated it from the original side and the calls still had no voice. However, after adjusting the CODEC's and Direct Media Path, the calls now complete with audio. I certainly appreciate your quick reply. Did you have this issue once before where removing the other line group 0 solved the issue? I'd like to know, if you have time to explain. Thanks again.

Jim

It wasn't the codec change that fixed it, it was the Direct Media Path setting, the fact that fixed it shows you have a routing issue :)
