Twinning - Feature Denied

Hi all,

Have an IPO on Version 9.0.0.0 Build 829. I have power user licenses associated to all of my users.

When I create a button on their phone labeled twinning, and selected, its showing "Feature Denied"

Any ideas?

are the licenses valid? what kind of trunks do you have?

acss sme acis sme acss cm 5.2.1 acss cm and cmm acss aura messaging.

Licenses show as valid, and its a PRI. 23 chan.

You need to check the mobility features box on the mobility tab in the user form. You don't need licenses for Twinning.
