IS-IT--Management
Hi! Ive setup a sip trunk to use for twinned calls. Problem is, that all the diverted calls displays as UNKNOWN on the twinned mobile.
The number of the caller is displayed in the FROM header, but the mobile just still displays UNKNOWN. I can see that DIVERSION actually displays the local username "u4852", which is the username of the twinned user. I want it to display the original caller, 060434252
Here is the sip call:
INVITE sip:499245314@85.17.XXX.XX SIP/2.0
Via: SIP/2.0/UDP XX.32.32.XXX:5060;rport;branch=z9hG4bKdebe59654096cba140cb82b1e16af098

Supported: timer
User-Agent: IP Office 8.1 (43)

My provider says it might be because i dont add the country code (45) before the 060434252 but i cant figure out how to do that. But I think that the problem is that DIVERSION is showing "u4852"?
Any help appreciated. The provider is not avaya approved, so cant open a case.
