TSAPI and Callback

Guys,
It is possible to pick up the dropped calls in a queue with the TSAPI? and
Is there any way to make a callback for dropped calls on the PBX using TSAPI?
and from monitoring vdn's calls and save for later recall.

Hello,

Of course it is possible, but a little bit of proggramming is required.

You must monitor all VDNs and ACDAddresses that are relevant to You. Every event is present in TSAPI so You must be prepared for capture those that You want.
With ever event there are call parametrs that You can use for callback, eg. ANI.

I think in this solution, get a list of vdn´s and monitoring calls.

Abandoned Calls send any kind information in Call Clear or Connection Clear (e.g. CallClear Reason = xxxx) to detect abandoned calls?
