Is it possible to forward an external call to a GSM number if no answer from a huntgroup ?


exemple:
I route call to huntgroup "sales", if this huntgroup is busy or no answer the call will be forwarded to group of mobile support. ( group off 3 GSM Number).

i have set it up to forward to one phone, i dont think 3 will be possible?

well to ring one mobile the procedure would be:

create a "dummy" user with unconditional call forwarding to the mobile phone in question. tick forward hunt group calls.

create a group for the forwarding. put this dummy user in the group and set the group ring type to anything other than group ring, turn voicemail off on this group.

set this group as the overflow group for the sales group. set overflow time accordingly.

we have this in place for a company who changes the mobile phone which should ring every day or so and they use phone manager to log in as the dummy user and change the forwarding number.

also make sure that forwarding/transfering off switch is allowed

you may also need to play with the ring times on the groups to allow time for the call to be connected to the mobile. i had slight issue with calls returning to vm of initial "sales group" before connecting to mobile
