We get a lot of the TRK156 errors.
So as another thread suggested: I did LOVF in LD 36 Cust 0 Rt 0

I am trying to find out what the Meaning of the output is. (What exactly HOLD and RGFL indicates)

TN 4 0 09 00: RGFL HOLD
TN 4 0 09 01: RGFL HOLD
TN 4 0 09 02: HOLD
TN 4 0 09 03: RGFL HOLD
TN 4 0 09 04: RGFL
TN 4 0 09 05: HOLD

Rt 0 are my ground Start COT's....

I would test these trunks with a butt set or by direct access, I'd bet they aren't working... post the results

Also try LDIC, that is last day incoming call on that trunk.

Used Maint set to access each tunk and make local outbound call.
Each trunk compelted OK.

shows all at 0 days.

(these are all first choice outbound - only Inbounds are people returning caller ID calls)

disable the card 4-0-9 and re-enable, the stat the trunks and post

Before Disable all ports stat IDLE:

Disc 4 0 9

Enlc 4 0 9

All ports stat IDLE

RING OR GROUND DETECTOR FAILURES (RGFL)—Ring or ground
detector changes were not received from the trunk on a large percentage of
calls. On those incoming calls which should have had both ringing and
ground applied, one or the other was not detected.

SHORT HOLD (HOLD)—An unacceptably large percentage of calls on the trunk were held for a short period. Short hold measurement can be set from 0 to 128 s in increments of 2 s.
