I am being told that on a BCM 3.6 that has it's extension numbers matching the four digit DID numbers (from a PRI) can not transfer from one extention to another? They have M7208's and can not currently transfer? This doesn't make sense? It works from a i2004 to a M7208, but not from a 7208 to another 7208....

Finally got it, it was the transfer key. I changed the tran/con key to just a transfer key, I was having them transfer a call wrong. Apparently the tran/con key will only work with a two line display phone not a one line display phone. It was working with the i2004 becasue it has two lines of display and a soft tranfer key. Thanks for all your help.
