When my attendant does a blind transfer to an extentsion, if that extension does not answer it rolls back to the attendant instead of rolling to voicemathil. The first point in coverage path is voicemail. I cannot figure out why. It happening for all users not just one. It's an old Lucent g3si.

Thanks,

Maybe a dumb question but have you verified that VM is operational?

Yes, VM works fine. When called directly the call routes to VM as it should.

what does a list trace of the station tell you

APSS (SME)
ACSS (SME)
ACIS (UC)

Not sure if this is what you are looking for, but it sounds like your system is set up to return the call to the transferer, instead of following the coverage path. Check your settings in system-parameters coverage-forwarding.

@ ATI3ner
Is there something specific that I should notice under system parameter coverage-forwarding?

Hardware platform? Definity software version?

Make sure return call timer is greater than timer for calls to go to cover.
