Do you have a back up or did you take notes about what you deleted ?

Go into Maintenance Commands (All) or use the telnet shell and enter the command LOC N *xxxx (where *xxxx corresponds to one of your exts you're trying to do this trick on. Sounds like maybe you deleted the trick softkey or the host device that holds them. They've got to exist else they won't work. Also try the Digit Trace command (DGT TR *xxxx).
We do have sip trunks, which are the ones programmed to make a connection to our vm Exchange system. and did make some notes..but i did not write every single thing..buuuuu..is there a history command that will show me what i have done for the last week or so?
I did LOC N *1234 and DGT TR *1234
