Mitel 3300 version 8.0.5.12
IP Phones: 5224, 5235, 5340

Is there a way to program a “single” button in the 3300 Mitel that does the following: [Transfer, Extension, Release]?

Any suggestions, advices, will be much appreciated.

Your alarm is a siptrunk/device that is not allowed to call something

Do you have sip phones or trunks ?
Do you have a back up or did you take notes about what you deleted ?

Do not forget to make a backup before you start and when you finish
Even the greatest do make mistakes and in some cases it can save your night :)

Go into Maintenance Commands (All) or use the telnet shell and enter the command LOC N *xxxx (where *xxxx corresponds to one of your exts you're trying to do this trick on. Sounds like maybe you deleted the trick softkey or the host device that holds them. They've got to exist else they won't work. Also try the Digit Trace command (DGT TR *xxxx).

Thanks for the help.

We do have sip trunks, which are the ones programmed to make a connection to our vm Exchange system. and did make some notes..but i did not write every single thing..buuuuu..is there a history command that will show me what i have done for the last week or so?
I did LOC N *1234 and DGT TR *1234
This what i get:

The number refers to a Non Prime Broadcast Group.

DGT Trace started:
*1234 : Broadcast Group (120)
DGT Trace completed.
