Transfer CDR works from CLI but not from Java int.

Hi,

I want to transfer the CDR data from 1 BCM to Mysql server, if I do it via CLI after telnet session it's ok. But from the
Java interface, under Call data recording services...when I press immediate, nothing happens. I have setup the right destination box, username and pw. I set it up to "push-daily"...but it doesn't works. It's BCM 400. I have done the same with BCM 200 and it works correctly...is there a bug somewhere?

What patches did you apply? I'm trying to recibe in the CDR the incoming calls with the Caller-ID number, also I want to know if it supports the internal calls so that they can be send to the CDR.

Internal calls can be derived using RSI tools CTI Pack. They produce a CDR record using LAN CTE (same format) as regular calls except they are EXT to EXT.

What's the exact program. Googling got me Activity Reporter, which only works on BCM50 3.0 or SRG50 3.0

In order to PUSH the data, you must be running an FTP Server program on the PC where you want to receive the data.

If you look at RSI tools CTI Pack, it is on their website

(i think its an option on the sidebar products). It requires LAN CTE and you would need their Revolution Web, Call Accounting Mate? or some other call accounting system. tools CTI Pack creates the CDR in Norstar format but with many more call types (i.e. internal calls).
