Transfer calls via VDN not displaying CLID

Call Center is requesting that when agents transfer to tier 2 via a VDN, for the customers CLID to pass.

I was able to test transfers from extension to extension and (when it's a warm transfer) it will show both extension and CLID in call log button.
But when transferring through a VDN it will not show CLID of originating call/customer, just displays calling agent extension.

I have seen some reference to a special application in system-parameters, but can pin point what I need.
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you!

just a shot but allow vdn override on the vdn and retest

Same outcome. VDN override is set to yes on single VDN (no multiple VDN's in flow).

Just to clarify, its just the call log button is where we would like to see the CLID. As on the transfer call we see both on phone display

We had the same issue reported by a customer last year, I think we were seeing different results between blind transfers and consultative transfers.
As far as I recall the CLID was displayed in the call log for blind transfers and not for consultative transfers.
The response from Avaya was that this is working as designed.
