I don't think this is possible, but wanted to confirm!

Is there a way of transferring a selected call to an auto attendant without answering?

Call come in, if the customer know the number, they can either answer it or they want to be able to send that call to an auto attendant.

Yes there is.
Route all incoming calls to voicemail module.
In voicemail module check caller id. If it matches blacklist send it to AutoAttendant module, if not transfer it to hunt group.
Hunt group should by default ring your main extension and on overflow go to AutoAttendant.

You can also program a do not disturb button, and then when you click it have calls rerouted to voicemail.
