Hi

It's my first question here and my english isn't so good, sorry. I've a Option 11 25.15 with digital card NT8D02 and analog cards NT8D09.

Someone can tell me how get traffic reports on specific TN.
In LD 2 there is a prompt SITM but don't work with the cards i have installed.

Thank's for any help.

I don't know of any way to trac internal calls, but you can trac external calls by DN.

If you are looking for CDR (Call Detail) information, then you would need to turn that on, at the Route level. You will need another TTY to do this, use the one connected to the system, if you don't use that to administer. I have it set up to capture all incoming, outgoing and internal calls, and I just capture that to a text file, and use a Text Parsing program to list it all out nice and clean. You can find these on the NET if you need them. GHTROUT.COM can point you to where you need to go.

Not hard, but you could always spend money on a thrid party CDR system.

Thank's John! But I want to use MAT Telemanagement traffic Analisys to do that. It's is possible??

Otherwise I'll use CDR's with the utility you mentioned.

Thank's again.

Are you trying to get Traffic or CDR, they are 2 different things. Traffic tells you total usage in time, CDR tells you who they called or who called them. If you have MAT you may already have CDR and Traffic Modules.

MAT has traffic management and CDR built in, and can be used if you purchased that portion of the software. I set up with our MAT when I first got here and it was pretty easy. Check your software config to see if you have the options.

I need only know the amount of calls to/from a specific TN.
One of the solutions will be to read the CDR's, but the only one conection with the system I've is MAT via Ethernet.

In MAT I don't have Call Acounting, but in the menu Utilities i can open "Data buffering & Access". When i try to connect with a system from here, conection fail.

I check for the correct IP and Password and all is ok. I can connect right with the others modules (Telemanagement, VT220 terminal, Maintenance Windows, etc.

To use "Data buffering & Access" I need Call acounting Module?.

Thank's.

all you need to do is set up another TTY port on the pbx and set it to collect CDR information. Then connect to a PC with procomm and collect th information.
