IS there a way to track the number of inbound calls to a 2250. I have a call accounting program installed but dont see much traffic on the consoles. When I check the logs I see calls but it seems only the calls that terminated at the consoles was logged. I dont think the inbound calls are tracked that were transfered to another extension since the call does not end at the console. Is this so?
