Track Attendant inbound calls

IS there a way to track the number of inbound calls to a 2250. I have a call accounting program installed but dont see much traffic on the consoles. When I check the logs I see calls but it seems only the calls that terminated at the consoles was logged. I dont think the inbound calls are tracked that were transfered to another extension since the call does not end at the console. Is this so?

console traffic is not measured thru cdr, but rather traffic. you'll need to look at your traffic reports for it.

Yes Traffic reports in the PBX, in LD 2. CDR is not a traffic report, it is Call Detail.

Ok,

I setup the schedule and the TN's I want to measure, one snag. I could not enter my console's TN200211 & TN20047 kept getting this:
-- 20 0 2 11
TFC204

So I added the entire card...
CARD 020 0 02
CARD 020 0 04
TN 156 0 00 04

was this necessary?

Also how do I go about removing a TN from the ITM?

I also have an operator station that is not a console. I need to monitor this station a well for inbound calls. I added the TN of the staion using SITM for ITM. Now how to I go about running reports for that staion. I don't get any data when I run the INVC 03 or 04?

You have to turn it on by setting the start date and end date and do you want it hourly on the hour or half hour. I don't have the NTP's in front of me so you'll have to look it up in LD 2.

I've got that. But can I run the same console type reports for a non console phone. I have 3904's at some sites and would like to get the same type of console traffic information from invc 03 & 04. Is that possible?

The console report doesn't use a TN, it lists them by console # ie: 0, 1, 2.
