I have added additional IP phones to my environment and I am know have a problem with the phone system recognizing tones. Ex. you dial an 800 number, you attempt to select one and the system does not hear the tone when you press 1.
I have updated firmware, added a call classifier card and made sure the intra-system IP DTMF Transmission mode is In-Bound but we are still having sporatic problems with the touchtones. This is only happening with IP phone, not digital.
Any help would be appreciated!
