Touch Tone Issue

I have added additional IP phones to my environment and I am know have a problem with the phone system recognizing tones. Ex. you dial an 800 number, you attempt to select one and the system does not hear the tone when you press 1.

I have updated firmware, added a call classifier card and made sure the intra-system IP DTMF Transmission mode is In-Bound but we are still having sporatic problems with the touchtones. This is only happening with IP phone, not digital.

Any help would be appreciated!

you need another tone dectector. TN748b. do a list events and you will see in the log something that states "tone dectecton not avail
 
Call classifiers have tone detection don't they? I purchased two call classifiers, but didn't put the other one in because it didn't seem to make a difference. Do I need something different?
