Totally Resetting Embedded VM

I have searched the forums but have had no luck. I have an IPO500V2 running 8.1 with embedded VM that I am having to move from one clinic to another. Totally new set of people, so the VM greetings and messages need to be wiped out. I defaulted the config to start over since the programming will be different, but the messages and greetings are still there. Can someone tell me if embedded VM can be totally defaulted via manager, or where to look on the SD card to delete the greetings?

Since you're probably going on-site anyway, format and recreate the SD card.
Cleans out anything buggy (if any) and you have a complete fresh start.

Download config first and check you can open it offline as Recreate is rather....final

Thanks. I was afraid of that. I do have the system here in the shop, so I can do a lot of experimentation. And, I have the config and a backup. Gonna be a fun day!

You can go Manager: File> Advanced> Embedded File Management.
Delete the files you want gone from \\System\Dynamic\lvmail
But if you mess up, you need to go out there.

Must be a lag, wasn't there when I posted mine

Then just go for it, no big deal formatting and recreating, as long as you use the correct version of Manager to do it (and don't format with any other tool than the Manager!)
