Hi All,

I am using CR Rel2 and trying to a create a parameter where a user
can select Top N i.e. 10, 5, 15 etc.

Is this possible, if yes, please can you advise how?

Many Thanks

In the group sort expert the value of N can be conditional by using the formula button x->2 next to the 'Where N is' value

Simply place you parameter as the conditiona formula.

Gary,

Is there a way to have this setup as a parameter where one of the options can be All for no TopN sorting or a number to use as the TopN parameter?

Thanks.
