When i select to include others in a Top 10, the 11th record appears (title, category names) at the end of the list with totals, but with the correct totals for the others? Any ideas of whats going on?

Your post is unclear--it appears that there is no problem. Please provide a more detailed explanation, maybe with some sample results.

sample

1 Item1 1122 usa $6000
2 Item2 1123 usa $5000
3 Item3 1124 usa $4000
4 Item4 1125 usa $3000
5 Item5 1126 usa $2000
6 Item6 Others usa $30000

This is if I asked for Top 5, it inserts a 6th record as the "Others" but the $'s are the correct total for all the others.
I thought it would just be a line:

Others $30000

What is your group field? Did you replace the group name with a variable? If so, please provide the formula. That's the only way I can reproduce this issue. If this is what you did, then group on the variable itself instead of replacing the group name (based on a field) with the variable.

Make sure to un-check the box for "include Others, with the name:

I have grouped on the 3rd Column (1122, 1123 etc) & bubberz, the point is I want to include others

If you would like help, you need to supply more information. If you grouped on the third column, then you would only be seeing "Others $30000", so you must have at least changed the group name. You need to explain what you have placed in the group header (and if there is a formula, supply the contents of the formula), and it would help if you used table/field names instead of identifying things by their location.

bubberz has this one nailed. Uncheck that checkboc to include others.
