To disable Access Advisory Lock in Extension Manager

Hi, can anybody assist me on how to disable Access Advisory Lock in Extension manager.

Currently, Im using DNA version 3. I faced a problem in accessing Extension manager. An Access Advisory Lock poped up. One user is currently appeared and it is me. I try to delete it but cannot.

Is there any clue

Did you open MD110 Support and tried to remove the lock?

i tried , but also can't. its appeared in pop up - unable to synchronize with MD110

I had a similar problem.

though it was DNA 5

the rights of the person using the PC was set to a low level. try raising the access rights and also on the windows side as well.

you could try a re-install over the top, in case of any corruption

How did you try to delete the lock?
Have you tried using Access Control in MD Support?

dnaserver,

it looks like your commincation settings in MD support are not correct since you can't synchronize with MD110. compare youre communcation parameters from MD Support with those from EMG.

once you can connect in MD support, you can remove the lock in acces control...
