TN2302AP Firmware Update

Hi all,
I'm trying to upgrade the firmware on a TN2302AP board one a S8720. I went to support.avaya.com found the patch and tried and I stress, tried to read that script. Can anyone give me some steps on the process to download the patch? Thanks...

I use filezilla for ftp

download the firmware to your desktop

"list ip-int all"
Write down a CLAN
Write down MedPro you want to upgrade

"enable filex board xxxx"
Name:abc
Password:abc1234
Retype Password:abc1234
Secure N
Board xxxx

In filezilla place in IP Name Password

Then hit quick connect
on the left grab the file you downloaded off the web from your desktop on the left hand side, drag and drop to the right hand side.

You should see 100% complete

Verify by going back to the PBX and performing:
"list directory board xxxx" (CLAN you Choose)
Highlight and copy the file name. Right click and select copy.

"change firm download "

Enter in the information and right click past where it says, "Firmware Image File Name" complete rest of the form where target is the board of your MedPro.

Set the time for at least 10 minutes out.

Enter

Then "test firmware download"
